Nikki began her long dance career as a tiny human on the dance floor with her mom at every wedding, christening, communion, and of course during Sunday mornings to “Mony, Mony.”

Nikki continued her passion for moving and shaking by training classically throughout grade school, high school, and at New York University. Upon graduation Nikki had the pleasure of continuing her passion through choreographing and coaching.

Nikki worked in the entertainment industry for several years at MTV Networks before going back to school to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She always loved the idea of empowering people through positive body image and, simply put, has always been a true food fan. Her passions for nutrition and dance have led her all over our great nation working with many organizations including Dance Educator Of America, New York University, Moffitt Cancer Center, Utah State University at Salt Lake, Florida State University, Hofstra University Dance Team, the New York Cosmos Girls’ Cheerleaders, and with the NFL to name a few. 

Fast forward to marrying her high school sweetheart and finally becoming a mommy after years of infertility treatments she found herself with a body she no longer recognized. Another pregnancy, this time a surprise, and a whirlwind of “life” brought her down and disheartened that she would never feel comfortable in her skin again. Enter “Dance On.” Dance On inspired Nikki to become a dance fitness instructor because what better way to get “you” back than moving and grooving to the music. Dance fitness is an incredible cardio party where you don’t even realize you are exercising.

Nikki’s classes promise to be fun, high energy, empowering, and have you feeling like your very own MILF $ Yoncé. 

Sure, maybe it’s been a while since you stepped in a dance class and maybe it’s been a while since you’ve worn pants with a button… (No? Only Me?) Whatever your reason is for staying away from the mirror the truth is Nikki is excited to empower you through the music and bring the happiness and spark back to your journey. Come have fun and laugh at her incredible jokes (seriously, she’s funny) and listen to music/get strong/lose weight/get fit/just be HAPPY with her.  As a mom of two little kids (and one large man child) it’s time to be HAPPY and HEALTHY! Come on, try a class… we can and we will do this together.
